4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

  • Client IP: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use all content, images, trademarks, and materials you provide to Kongashare.com for use in your project. You agree to indemnify us against any claims of infringement arising from the materials you provide.
  • Our IP: All website content, code, functionality, and services provided by Kongashare.com, excluding the final deliverables of your specific project, remain our property and are protected by copyright.
  • Deliverable IP: Upon final payment, and subject to the terms of the Project Agreement, we will transfer the intellectual property rights for the specific creative work (e.g., final logo, designed website, written content) to you. We typically reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kongashare.com and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (a) the use or the inability to use the service; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to the service.
