The Beautiful Tune of Anima Christi was composed by Jesuit Priest William J. Maher and this Tune normally sung during Holy Communion. Which made it a popular tune to be played Soul Of My Saviour, Sanctify My Breast. The music was as well popular in the later nineteenth century in the Catholic British Roman Churches. In the Nineteenth century. The prayer was published and translated to English Hymn which is Soul Of My Saviour Sanctify My Breast by Edward Caswall. And since that period the hymn as been popularly performed in communion service as communion Hymns in Catholic. Anglican churches and it has been included in many different Hymnals.
